A significant part of a total manufacturing capability, the Assembly operation achieves consistently high output both in quantity and in quality. The assembly process is proud to carry the UL seal of approval for both the United States (U.L.) and Canada (C.U.L.) on all of its products. During assembly, parts are labeled and identified with all regulation stickers and notifications, enclosed in on-the-shelf marketing presentation packages, and packaged for distribution on a daily basis. Destination points are customer determined, and can be made directly to consumer point-of-sale locations, or to intermediary warehouses, as desired. Once packaged, shipping packages are plastic-wrapped for full protection, palatalized, and loaded onto trucks at one of two Casey loading areas.
