Casey is the founding location, starting in 1973. Starting as a tool-and-die contract manufacturing facility, we have grown into a highly diversified entity comprising specialized technologies including but not limited to design, development and manufacture of tool-and-die services, machine shop, mold making, spinning, stamping, progressive die production systems, injection molding, powder coating, assembly, and distribution.

Conveniently located at intersections with I-70, Il Rte-40, railroads and a 4000' runway just across the road, inSync Manufacturing in Casey uses an international complement of machine tools in its manufacturing operations, several of which are unique within the United States. This facility comprises 190,000 sq. ft.

The company performs key vertical integration of all aspects of the design, development, manufacture, distribution and marketing of lighting products as one of several unified set of core competencies within its diversified stable of products.

In joint pursuit of the mutual business interests of both inSync Manufacturing and Commercial Associates, inSync Manufacturing hereby promises that it will effectively and efficiently deliver to the Associate those product and program requirements that it requires, when and where it needs them, at guaranteed competitive prices. Specific terms of this Promise include:

  • Specifications
    All tooling will be fabricated to inSync Manufacturingspecifications, as determined by inSync Manufacturingtooling specialists in collaboration with Associates’ technical representatives. inSync Manufacturing will deliver tools that meet all relevant contemporary standards.

  • Use
    No tooling will be shared with any project, program or other customer for whom it is not intended.

  • Product & Tooling
    All product and/or tooling desired by the Associate will be fabricated to mutually agreed dimensions which are inscribed on hard prints and controlled.

  • Material
    All material will be per mutually agreed specifications.

  • Maintenance & Repair
    Lifetime repairs/replacement of tooling will be provided so long as the specific agreed-upon design remains intact.

  • Samples
    Developmental, pre-production, and production samples will be provided for mutual evaluation prior to production release.

  • Production
    All production will be to specified requirements. inSync Manufacturing will perform as steward of all processes, it’s own as well as any of the Associate’s processes used in inSync Manufacturing facilities, to ensure full protection of proprietary tools, methods and processes that must be held in confidence at all cost. Only inSync Manufacturing-authorized visitation will be permitted on a non-interference basis.

  • Quality
    inSync Manufacturing will provide professional personal and manufacturing services consistent with the general requirements of ISO-2000, for all Associate products and programs.
